The Justice Department said Monday that it would suffer “irreparable injury” if the judge in the Michael Flynn case was allowed to probe the circumstances of its request that the case be dropped.

“[A]t stake is not mere consideration of a pending motion, but a full-scale adversarial procedure spearheaded by a court-appointed amicus hostile to the government’s position raising factual questions, relying on extra-record materials, probing the government’s internal deliberations, and second-guessing core prosecutorial judgments,” the Department said.

So, what’s your point, minion of disBarr? That exposure of your process is going to irreparably harm you? That would likely be true if you had anything to hide. We all know you do have much to hide, you corrupt treasonous justice-obstructing son of a bitch.

So you’re saying you’ll be found out. You guys are as much saying you’re guilty of malfeasance. Easier just to get a Cessna pulling a banner emblazoned with “DOJ! We’re Malfeasant as Fuck.”

I am hoping that the courts tire of this attempt at corrupting the judicial process. I am hoping that the hammer comes down and hits the anvil HARD, and that there’s a few AG body parts in between those two smashing surfaces. This shit has to stop. The sooner the better. The later it goes, the greater the hell to pay.

from the statement he made on the judge’s family being murdered:
"Attorney General Bill Barr said in a statement on Monday. “This kind of lawless, evil action carried out against a member of the federal judiciary will not be tolerated, and I have ordered the full resources of the FBI and U.S. Marshals Service to investigate the matter.”

…unless you happen to want to keep a treasonous tool of Putin in office.

Hopefully, the ‘irreparable harm’ will be enumerated in years served at a suitable federal institution.

This whole unitary executive theory is bull shit, unconstitutional, and dangerous. Bill Barr is corrupt, just like Trump. It all stinks to high hell.

The Barr equivalent of “thoughts and prayers” over the attempted murder of Judge Salas, the shooting of her husband and the killing of her son by a wackaloon, Trumper, misogynist, ne’er-do-well Men’s Rights Activist.

Indeed
If it was all above reproach there would be nothing to hide
We’re there

In a free country, information about citizens is protected by law. Information about the government is open to the public.

In a police state, information about the government is secret and he citizen’s lives are open books.

Such total information inversion is necessary to facilitate the crimes of government and to prevent those crimes from becoming public knowledge

As summed up by Al Gore
"By closely guarding information about their own behavior, they are dismantling a fundamental element of our system of checks and balances. Because so long as the government’s actions are secret, they cannot be held accountable. A government for the people and by the people must be transparent to the people. "

What “irreparable injury?” How does one suffer injury from having a higher court examine the evidence? This makes exactly no sense at all.

So Mr. Barr, why isn’t the Government defend its charges brought against Gen. Flynn? Its because you and your DOJ cowered to Trump’s illegal demands to ease up on the Traitor Flynn that you are about to "suffer irreparable injury,”and I hope that injury is great and painful. You and Trump have done great damage to the DOJ and to this country.

We all know that court proceedings lead to incarceration, if you’re a criminal.
I have to assume that’s the case here.
