John Davisson, director of litigation at the Electronic Privacy Information Center, which is suing DOGE and other federal agencies and officials over DOGE’s access, contended that the department had gained access to HEMS and systems like it “under the false pretenses of identifying fraud and abuse, when what’s really going on is DOGE is trying to gain control over these databases to direct the activities of federal agencies.”

Musk and his people have no need to access that information. Trump is clearly letting them do whatever they want and is not in charge. We have an unelected contractor poking into places he shouldn’t.

This is really unconscionable. How can any Republican explain how the private information on domestic survivors, Social Security numbers, tax payers’ financial info lead to cutting waste? How does anyone know that some member of the Dodgy DOGE isn’t selling this personal info on the dark web?
And since Trump is an elected official who turned over access to millions people’s personal info to people who are not under federal government employment rules and regs how will justice make anyone adversely affected whole?

Isn’t it obvious? Clearly HUD’s anti-discrimination mandate is a blatant DEI initiative which can be stopped by EO.

They don’t need to. These people are claiming “discrimination”. Obviously, there must be DEI involved. They need to get inside info to give to the slumlandlords who have been falsely accused so they can get justice even.
