Wait. Did I just read that Mark Fuhrman is a “Fox News contributor?” Mark freakin’ Furhman!?

That was clearly the goal. It remains to be seen if it will actually work, though. I’m often amazed at the number of people who don’t follow the news and have no clue what the hell is going on in the world around them. If a judge grants a change of venue and the prosecutor is able to strike witnesses who have seen the tape it’s very possible to seat a jury who has never seen the tape nor knows what’s even on it.

Remember who it is that Geraldo works for and look at the majority of the other inhabitants thereof. The women are blonde, mostly, and the guys all try to look chiseled. One Hispanic and one black does not speak well for diversity.
I would suspect Geraldo craves to be accepted as white in that environment.

He said the officer had no knowledge when he made “initial contact.” That’s why the time of the radio call and the exact transcript are important.

It was already introduced and is being reintroduced daily – by both
the reich wing media AND by “libruls” who keep reminding the jury
that “it’s totally irrelevant.”

What’s the point in a trail then?

Plucky, This is a bit off topic …I recently returned from a trip to France. One of a group of Americans I met there was utterly oblivious to her surroundings. And was on many levels. She saw France through right wing American cultural lenses. When it was pointed out that a particular French acquaintance was a lover of good food/wine/pleasure and wasn’t into working all that hard to get ahead she assumed all French people were like that. she failed to see people as individuals. This lady I describe could be easily be convinced of Michael Brown’s guilt in his own shooting.

Evidence of prior bad acts to prove action in conformity therewith isn’t admissible, not in Missouri state court and not in federal court, you cretinous poster boy for mustachioed douchnozzles.

Well, it’s still being “processed.” Assuming the feds didn’t walk in and take it without it being reported, that is.

I was just coming to say the same thing.
That’s the most depressing aside I’ve read, possibly ever.

Imagine for a second that someone with equally demonstrably racist opinions, but anti-white, was hired as a contributor on any other network.

HE COW HARLY KE?

(valid body valid body valid body)

You can stay on a nice, manicured path to get from one point to another without disturbing the nature around you.

Is the show called Out-hashed or Out-pounded?

Can’t figure it out.

Absolutely. I’m not denying these people exist but I am quite hopeful in light of the Renisha McBride verdict that a jury can cut through all the bullshit and come to a guilty verdict, even when the shooter is white and the victim is black.

Being a lawyer requires actual work. Being a commentator on Fox requires no work, no preparation and no insight. And for that, Geraldo makes several hundred thousand dollars a year, most of which disappears to his 4 former wives. You couldn’t get Geraldo back in a courtroom at gunpoint.

I didn’t realize that Dumb and Dumber was a TV series.

I thought Geraldo died and was entombed in Al Capone’s vault?
