You know Ryan probably doesn’t understand half of what that statement says. Go on, Paul, explain to us what originalism means.

Paul Ryan’s nonpartisan statement proves, conclusively, that he’s unqualified to be Speaker of the House. There’s no room in the current Republican Party for people who refuse to take sides. Impeach!
