I watched the clip. It must be an edited version because it doesn’t have the part where Hillary laughs really hard, slaps her knee, then realizes Brooks is actually being serious.

The information released by DEMS - the interrogation of Cheryl Mills is worth reading. In it, she explains why emails are invalid as an measure of communication during the Benghazi attack. Management was in a conference room, in which Blackberries were not allowed and there were no computers. (on or around page 54).
