Oh Larry…the GOP has been blaming Obama for the disaster in Iraq since he took office. After all, unless we occupy Iraq for perpetuity and let our poor young men get slaughtered, the aristocrats can’t feel like they’re doing something. If one studies British History, what one learns is that this is all about Empire. Take over a country, occupy it, hold it no matter how much violence get thrown at us, slaughter the population and take everything worth anything…whether that be oil, wood, metals, or humans.
