That’s understandable… all 17 are sickening.
Big Dog is still Da Man!!!
This is not accurate. Many of the polls Josh and others have cited have before and after data:
- Poll: Trump maintains lead in Iowa
- Trump way up in post-debate poll
- Donald Trump Still in the Lead After Debates: New NBC News/SurveyMonkey Poll
Yes, he seems to have taken a hit by Rasmussen, but Rasmussen has been shown to be a shit polling outfit. Just ask President Romney:
Trump being in the lead is no surprise but Carson being tied for second and Fiorina surging is the really great news.
JebBush is talking about finishing his brothers war and how we need more troops and it’s Obama’s fault, blah-frickin’ blah blah.
Carson, Fiorina and Trump represent the Republican tent. A single black, a failed business woman also the only one and the haters and racists choice, Trump.
The anti-establishment choices are the hope of the Republican establishment, wait, what?
He may be Flavor of the Monthing. Little known candidates seem to get a bit of bump when they first appear. Trump as a celebrity is pretty well known so I doubt this applies to him as much.
What are they going to do? Discourage his donors? Deprive him of news coverage? Insinuate he has slept around?
Trump is the Frankenstein that that the right wing created and he’s broken loose from the lab, running wild and breaking things. Good luck trying to reel him in!
The Boston Herald polls are run by a hard right wing group of ex-Bush administration flunkies.
I take their polls about as seriously as I take the Republican Clown Car that’s running for president - not at all.
Those auguries are indisputable!
“Dr. Ben Carson, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Cruz, Fiorina, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.”
What a rogues’ gallery.
Here you go:
And here is a piece on his ballot issues with the state party:
(I know, its politico, but the story has been picked up by WaPo and few other outlets already)
Yeah, I am not sure I agree with him on the value of endorsements from party big wigs, either. The feedback bubble for a lot of these folks has gotten incredibly small thanks to billionaire sugar daddies. It will be interesting to see how Silver compensates for that in his models, and open them up once again to another variation of his “special sauce”.
No, JEB has so much more money than every other candidate, that he can play the long game and just hunker down and outspend everyone till the end.
Well, at least until Florida. That’s the “must win” state for JEB. If he can’t win there, the story for why he should be elected falls apart…because everything for the GOP starts and ends in Florida this year. In essence, his story to donors and party elite has been “Yeah, I know the base doesn’t like me on immigration and common core. But I will get your FL. Nobody else can make that promise”. If he fails to win FL in his own party’s primary, that story is over…and likely so is his campaign.
