“To me, this case has always been, very clear from the beginning on the legal issues," she said. "I understand why people … have different guttural reactions, but for me as an attorney, it’s very clear.”

So, responses to these allegations were made in rough, harsh, throaty voices?

No. It’s like having your stomach afflicted with sickfulness.

Also: did not maim, dismember, kill or eat those women, nor kidnap and sell them into a human slavery market or for their organs to be harvested. He’s not any of THOSE sorts of monsters.

Instead, he’s a non-maiming, non-dismembering, non-murdering, non-cannibalizing, non-slaving drug-assaulting affinity and opportunity rapist. That’s SO much better, it’s like he should get credit.

“There’s not any testimony or any accusation from any of these women that Mr. Cosby in any way bound them, gagged them, prevented them from coming forward and saying whatever their truth was at the time,” she said.

The ropes were always loose enough for them to leave after they woke up.

Guess who Bill won’t be drugging and raping, at least until his legal troubles are behind him… I’m struck by several things, one being Bill was cagey enough to find a woman to act as his defender is a sicking start. However that Bound and Gagged comment is the cherry a top it all… Bill had both money, fame and a position of power as a comedian and actor. His word on the side was enough to kill any fresh faced actors career.

Cosby’s legal counsel did not gag the women on those nights… They only sought to suppress the womens’ statements after they came forward.

She could offer to release all of the Cosby depositions and the details of the secret settlement offers that have been reached with all of the women over the years? Let the record speak for itself.

No, I didn’t think so.

Right. He never bound and gagged them to rape them either.

Since we already know that her client drugged some of his victims, she probably didn’t do him any favors by introducing the image of his victims being “bound” and “gagged” as well.

I understand that an attorney’s first duty is to the client however this particular attorney does her client no service by pretending to be naive about the realities of making a rape charge, particularly against someone rich and famous. On the other hand, if she is that naive, well, that’s his problem.

Ugh, ugh, ugh. I wish Bill Cosby would just retire with his many, many millions. His stage and tv persona just cannot be reconciled with his personal life.

Make your legal arguments to a judge. The court of public opinion won’t be swayed. It is now clear, from his own testimony, that Cosby has no problem drugging and raping women. He is a disgusting man who deserves to see everything he built taken from him, and will. His show will never play on tv again. His reputation is ruined and no amount of legalese bullshit will change that. If you think it is unfair that he should have to suffer for crimes from years ago, too bad. He is evil, and should be treated as such by decent people.

Sure, it is very clear that Cosby committed the acts that these women accused him of. After all, he stated as much during his deposition that he gave 10 years ago. If I recall him stating he purposely got the quads to slip it into women’s drinks with whom he wants to have sex with. So you are absolutely Ms. Pressley, it is very clear!

Incorrect Chattanooga TV still shows… and when asked about why, he is a good role model.

is this supposed to be damage control?
