Trump can pull it off. He’s acting all the time, even when he’s being Donald Trump.
So even Trump doesn’t know who Trump is? Yikes! That would be confusing.
“I’m not a double-agent sent to troll the GOP primary send it into a tailspin - this is just me! Trump 2016!” – This could potentially be the best campaign ad ever.
While the idea has actually crossed my mind in the past - Trump being a DNC mole - it’s then quickly dispelled by the fact that, of all people, this guy doesn’t need to be bought off because he’s got plenty of money as is. (…but that’s really the only thing that quashes that theory.)
Words like god’s codpiece.
“…If I say ‘go to my wedding,’ they go to my wedding.”
Anda ifa theya say no, well, Vito and Guido, theya gonna breaka your kneecaps.
3rd person Trump is more interesting and more badass than 1st person Trump.
Donald Trump says that world leaders ask Trump to go see Trump be Trump. That’s fricking deep in a sideways sort of way anyways.
After the first marriage, people just show up for the food and alcohol and possibly to hook up. The meaning of the wedding is lost in the party atmosphere.
I always picture Rodney Dangerfield standing up and yelling, “Hey everyone-we’re all gonna get laid”.
Trump’s appeal is how truly unappealing he is. Will he dis the preacher and his wife during the ceremony, will he do a Trump commercial just before the, ‘I do’, will is toupee spin around? It’s the curiosity factor that brings out people that have otherwise seen it all.
Trump is a fill-in for people that drew blanks and weren’t sure what to put on their bucket lists.
*#10: see Trump humiliate self in the third person.
‘DEMOCRATIC’ plant?
No, he’s a POTTED one.
Don’t try to foist him on us Dems, he is all yours in tea bagger glory.
I’m a businessman. I contribute to everybody," Trump said. "When I needed Hillary, she was there. If I say ‘go to my wedding,’ they go to my wedding.
Well, at least its nice to see someone admit to the quid-pro-quo of buying politicians. Shame they don’t stay bought.
“When I say ‘go to my wedding’ they go to my wedding”
This is EXACTLY the kind of leadership America has been lacking for so long. Trump did not send out wedding invitations. Invitations are for losers. He sent out wedding edicts. There was no RSVP because once you got an edict, you had to go, regardless of what else you might have had going on that day. Daughter’s graduation? F U, come to my wedding. Open heart surgery scheduled? F U, cancel. 50th wedding anniversary? F U I don’t even have any idea what that is.
President Trump would not negotiate. He would just tell other foreign leaders what to do and they’d do it.
You do realize … about the only thing that the Republican primary voters would hold against him from that list is the suspicion he might be a Democrat?
utopitarianism.
Thank you!
To think that Trump is a Democratic Party plant one must also believe that 117 mutts running for the GOP nomination are too. After all, no serious politician would call for disbanding the Supreme Court, eliminate minimum wage, or tell Americans to “work more hours.” They are all plants or just lunatic clowns.
The fact that a candidate is even asked this question is astounding. But what’s more astounding is that he is now leading in the most recent polls. Like this one:
What is amazing is that he has a higher 2nd choice than anyone else has first choice! And leads in 1st choice as well. I don’t now if this polling was out in 2012, but I would guess that throughout the entire primary race Romney would have garnered a huge 2nd choice number, even if he lagged behind in the first place.
Yet, after all this, he’s at 7% in the most likely to be candidate! So how I interpret this is that most of those polled see Donald Trump as the ideal candidate that just can’t win. (Like Bernie Sanders for liberals).
I truly do not understand a massive section of the American public.
Trump takes the one issue which is most damaging the GOP at the current time (previously birtherism, now immigration) and drags the fucking nasty GOP id out into the light of day.
The idiot GOP base is too fucking stupid to realize it’s being trolled.
He’s actually doing a great service to the country. That it’s entertaining as hell and hilarious to behold is just gravy.
About a third of your fellow citizens are dark-hearted shitbags.
Now you understand.
Democrats couldn’t possibly be so dumb, as to put The Rump or anyone else up to imflaming the basest emotions of the biggest idiots, the way he has. The best possible outcome would be for The Rump and Friends stay the huck foam on election day, and instead he has them all fired up.
“I think there’s a small possibility that this gentleman is a phantom candidate,” Curbelo said…"
…More likely he is a stalking horse for the albino badger that follows him around on his head.
The Curbelo conspiracy theory is actually plausible compared to Tea Party run-of-the-mill ones.
