Zinke is Hinky!

He’s simply allowing the tens of millions of American homeowners and nature lovers who really, really want oil and drilling rigs in their backyards and parks to have their dreams fulfilled.

NIMBY Zinke!

So, none of his local cronies could put together a plausibly decent enough deal give cover for granting them the rights (with the obligatory Zinke kick-backs, of course). Best to buy those buds some time by pulling the land - until they are ready to pounce. No fun selling it off it it doesn’t include quiet kickbacks, after all.

The one’s he pulled in Paradise Valley and around the Yellowstone was for one reason: Arthur Blank has a ranch and private golf course in an area that will be impacted by fracking.

Oh…Arthur Blank is the owner of the Atl Falcons and co-founder of Home Depot and staunch right wing Republican. Basically an American Robber Baron that runs the US government with the likes of the Koch brothers…

Obviously Zinke got a call from Arthur Blanks messenger boy or lawyer with instructions…go drill on Indian Reservations and you won’t have to pay the leasing fees to the Dept of Interior as long as Trump is in power!

Obviously, Zinke’s bidders for the area had not yet gotten him his full bribe. Sad.

I’m surprised Zinke hasn’t started selling the naming rights to landmarks…The Verizon Grand Canyon…The Exxon Yellowstone.

I was just about to ask who paid him off. These guys aren’t exactly master criminals. The evidence is, so to speak, always in a shallow grave, easy to stumble over.

This man is going to be spending a lot of time in court fending off suits.

Good lord he is a greedy little bastid. I want to know who got to him to show him the ‘error of his ways’. It had to be someone pretty powerful because Zinke thinks he KNOWS all and can DO all.

Also sprach Hinky von Zinke:

“Multiple use is about balance,” Zinke said in the statement. “I’ve always said there are places where it is appropriate to develop and where it’s not.”

Places where development is inappropriate are limited pretty much to land adjacent to the holdings of my clo$e per$onal friend$ and donor$.

After talking with residents and local, state and federal officials, we have decided to defer the oil and gas sale around Livingston #Montana @BLM_MTDKs

— Secretary Ryan Zinke (@SecretaryZinke) March 5, 2018

Translation: Michael Cohen as late getting TriState Oil's $130,000 transferred to Zinke's Cayman account.

Probable cause.
Blank owns Mountain Sky Guest Resort in the Paradise Valley, within about a 10 mile radius of downtown Livingston.
Just like the transparent Florida exemption.

A friend’s land or maybe he find out there was something more valuable in that area and he wants to get it?

And really stinky

Let’s Play

NIMBY for Dollars!

Multiple stories in the Post and the Times the last week or so on the false starts on these auctions and also the lies (and evidence found later refuting them) that the decision on Bears Ears had nothing to do with drilling/mining.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad these things are at least slowing down if not stopping outright, but JFC, these guys don’t seem like they could pull off a yard sale without screwing up the rollout.
