Gee, do I believe Yates or McGahn? So hard. So hard.

We need more traitors, liars, skanks, sexual predators, money launderers, racists, religious bigots and whores in the White House not less.

McGahn’s account of his two January meetings with Yates comes in the form of a memo he wrote about two weeks after the meetings,

uh, doesn’t that mean that McGahn’s memo was really ass-covering driven by the fact that stories* about Flynn were beginning to appear in the press, rather than a contemporaneous account of the Yates meeting?

*on Feb 9th, the Post reported that sanctions were discussed by Flynn and Kislyak, contradicting the official position. That’s two weeks after the Yates meeting.

I think we’ve met our quota.

Shorter version:

McGahn lied.

You’re welcome.

What was that, again?
Writes memo and requests she meet again about same time…
Wonder if an original memo got lost?

I would love to see the full McGahn memo. Those passages reek of careful selection.

And the other important dates in reference to when McGahn wrote his memo:

“Flynn would claim on another phone call with McGahn on February 10 that “the FBI told him they were closing it out,” according to the letter. That day, McGahn and Preibus would tell Trump he had to let Flynn go, and by February 13, his resignation letter was handed in. McGahn wrote the memo two days later, the day after Trump had dinner with Comey and allegedly asked him for his loyalty.”

If what McGahn already knew about Flynn wasn’t enough before, Trump asking Comey for his loyalty after Flynn was fired was certainly enough motivation to write the memo. Even McGahn could see trouble coming.

Possibly not, “Because the Trump attorneys’ letter only quotes selectively from McGahn’s memo…”

When Republicans “selectively quote,” it almost always means they are lying about what the document actually says. They just can’t help themselves.

EXCELLENT reporting.

Political science students of the future will reference this article profusely.

Gotta wonder, just how exposed is McGahn in all of this? How do his records compare to Cohen’s?

Wouldn’t we love to see ALL McGahn’s records… How many times has he had to discourage Trump from committing another outright obstruction event? Any record of those conversations would be priceless…

FOX definitely helped the Republicans turn “lie” into “spin” in the dulled minds of typical FOX viewers.

So now, in those dull minds, especialy the Trumnpladytes at the basest base, Republicans don’t ever lie, they just “spin” and that is OK in order to save humanity from The Menace on the Left.

Because this article is poorly written and does not appear to have been edited, the article is difficult to follow. Too many unclear antecedents. I kept losing the thread because of poor grammar and ambiguous phrasing. Please revise and repost.

I am thinking that Russian intelligence has carefully thought about and orchestrated the network of operatives that it has embedded in the White House. In my opinion, Don McGahn is paid by, and represents the interests of a separate arm of Russian intelligence than the one formally handling President Trump and First Lady Iwanka Trump. He has access to the Justice Department; he surveils and reports on the activities of the other Russian operatives working for other agencies. The information he provides Mother Russia is complementary.

He’s been there long enough to be fully slathered with trump shit.

I’m so old, I remember when folks were claiming McGahn just might be the one person “saving the republic.”

What a farce. An obscene farce.

It is entirely possible both are telling the truth. She said what she needed to say and he just heard what he wanted to hear.
