There is no way this woman would, as a lawyer employed by Trump Org, be doing this on her own dime and time. The conflict of interest is obvious.

This is a really odd comment to make. I can understand that this indeed was the underlying agreement between the Trump Organization and Jill Martin. However, announcing it to the whole wide world undermines her client and makes no sense.
