Everything about this nomination and confirmation stinks, and I have a strong feeling this guy’s going to play a role we don’t like in the coming months.
Trump and his team would not have chosen him if he wasn’t going to be loyal, that we know.
I’m wary that something’s awry with Wray.
I know nothing of Wray but one wonders what kinds of assurances he had to make to the Trumpsters to secure this appointment - e.g., to do his best to impeded Mueller’s investigation.
What a sad country this has become.
Anything and everyone touched by Trump are corrupted but Wray at least has the appearance of competency. He’ll think twice before throwing himself under the bus on Trump’s behalf.
