Maybe, but it would be a terrible pr move on Conyers’ part.

I’m sad about Conyers, because he’s done good work, and this taints it. But now we get an idea why Pelosi has been telling him to resign.

No, I don’t think so. Does he really need to be further disgraced by trying to do something like that? And if he sued her for it, and she claimed a jury, she would likely win.

This is going to open a giant can of worms. Yes, she violated her agreement. If Conyers sues her it will be devastating. However, are we EVER going to follow the rule of law again or will it always be trial by Twitter from now on?
