Why is this constantly asserted? Has anyone done a definitive assessment of the effects on the electorate of Russian social media manipulations and propaganda? Do we know for sure, with absolute positivity, none of their hacks into local precinct or state voter data bases were benign as to affecting the tallying of votes? Do we know how many people were turned away from the polls as the result of rumored Russian shenanigans in the registration rolls?
Just what in the hell has everyone so sure the election outcome wasn't affected by the totality of all the Russian efforts to interfere?No doubt! They’re confidently touting the results of an experiment without a control.
