Discussion for article #223059
‘Rounding’ problems with your 2010 number: Walker won by 5.8% in 2010 and by 6.8% in 2012.
Both sides ‘got out the vote’ in 2012, and Walker picked a point’s worth of ‘scatter’ vote that was present in 2010 and not present in 2012. Other than that scatter, 2012 was a ‘super sized’ version of 2010.
He always looks like dejected hound dog.
Picking nits?
When one has nits, they need to be picked.
Not only Walker, except a microscopic few Republicans in general are anti-women, anti-labor, anti-immigrant and anti-middle-and-lower class. As a matter of fact, they have been waging a class warfare against the people. They favor only those issues that help Koch, Trump and Adelsons.
TPM, please hire a copy editor. In paragraph two, you use “Burke campaign” without first saying who Burke is.
I thought the GOP was pushing Walker as their darkhorse in 2016. Corruption seems to be a common trait among all the Republican Governors hoping to move on to Washington. Some like McDonnell of VA and Christie of NJ might end up defending themselves in court rather than running for any future office.
I would love to think we can unseat this guy, but I am not holding out too much hope - except that I hope I’m wrong
PPP(D) just polled Wisconsin and Walker’s approval rating is 50-47. Obama sits at 45-50, no surprise.
Let’s hope the women of Wisconsin do to Walker what he’s been doing to them. Turn-about is fair play.
Chammy, we in WI are doing what we can to get folks stoked to vote for Mary Burke.
I’m encouraged that Burke is tied, but I’m also discouraged that no one, not even MSNBC (at least in the evening when I’m home) picked up on the John Doe investigation shenanigans.
Fool … FYI, President Obama is not on the WI ballot.
None too bright, are you?
It blows my mind that the Wisconsinites aren’t already standing in line to get rid of this Rat and all that he stands for.
I obviously don’t know at least half of the voters in Wisconsin.
We can only hope he gets defeated and the citizens of Wisconsin can once again start to be free of this perverted, detestable man and his policies.
Krauthammer keeps saying there’s no Republican “war on women”. Yeah, right.
It’s not a war – it’s protecting the wimmin folk.
