Got me. But Eichenwald is one of those targeted and has sent out a few tweets about it as well as some heads up if anything weird starts coming from his account. Since then I have seen a handful of other reporters saying something similar.
We will see whether the Ecuadorians believe itâs in their national interest to house Assange.
Fair point. Was referring to the 2016 race overall, as Trump and the RNC have tried to use the WikiLeaks leak as leverage against Clinton and proof of the âriggedâ system working against Sanders.
Unfortunately Julian Assange is no Benedict Cumberbatch.
She once booked yoga classes for Wednesday AND Thursday. Indian connection? And she made repeated references to âarugulaâ - possible codename for her lesbian lover, Jill Stein?! Wait, wait, she made catty remarks about someone once five years ago! Worse than Trump!
On Sunday, NBCâs Rodriguez reported that Assange will still make a public appearance on Tuesday in a video livestream at a Berlin press conference. Itâs unclear if that appearance is related to the purported âOctober surprise.â
Hmm. Iâll be in Berlin this week. Iâll be sure to bring some special presents from my doggies for Mr. Assange.
Now those folks could build a wallâŚ
I must have missed those journosâ tweets. Did see Eichenwaldâs tweets about those deplorables now targeting his kids, though, and more relevant is Newsweekâs website was down after his Cuba article. There seem to be systematic attacks going on.
Well, if Roger Stone said it, it must be trueâŚ
Bwahahahahahahahahah!!!
(Sorry, couldnât keep a straight face).
Wikileaks cannot claim they exist to foster transparency and that theyâre somehow non-political and then go out of there way to orchestrate the timing of a release to inflict maximum damage on a presidential candidate.
If this is like the most recent Wikileaks âshocking revelationsâ, expect in depth email dump of midlevel beaurocrats planning the office Christmas Party and volunteer United Way bakesale fundraiser signup sheet.
There is no doubt in my mind the media will run with âBreaking News!â on whatever is said, completely failing to fact check whatever it is. Because gotta bash Clinton, help Trump. I can envision Todd and Blitzer foaming at the mouth with this already.
We really do live in weird times when a single bad actor such as Assange, who may not actually have the information to upend our election, still is able to rattle our confidence in our democratic institutions by merely insinuating that he does. He is not any kind of truth teller or journalist â better described as a sociopath who wants to reek havoc and will eagerly ally with other hostile entities to achieve that end. His verbal emissions are lobbed as bombs â in their insidious way, as destructive to our sense of security as physical bombs.
How long has he been there? They donât seem anxious to get rid of him but one wonders how long he can hole up in the embassy in London.
I know where Iâd like to see Assange - in jail.
Or a reputation for patience. Assange is like Trump in that regard. If the rapist had anything, he woulda been releasing it at 3 a.m. while Trump was tweeting about sex tapes. Heâd be all giddy, unable to help releasing it.
On Tuesday, heâs going to peddle another conspiracy theory.
So the Trump camp is now openly conspiring with foreign hackers illegally breaking into US servers?
Now? Not just now. Heâs been allied with them from the start.
Yeah I guess I should have put âbombshellâ in quotes.
Iâm not worried, since Stone is all over the place saying HRC wants to âdroneâ Assange (again, didnât realize as a candidate she has this powerâŚ) that his life is in threat.
If they had anything at all they would dump it. If there really was a threat to him that would make dumping it faster better.
Roger Stone is brain-damaged. Dude is the Milo Yiannopolous of the 70âs.
