Discussion: Who Directed ‘Senior’ Trump Campaign Official To Contact Stone About WikiLeaks?

Mueller is definitely framing the argument that Donald is not a legitimate president and did not get there through benign means.

That has to be an underlying thought as the surrogates race to his defense.

The critical thing to understand with this indictment is that nearly all of the charges against Stone relate to lying to Congress. Which means Mueller is going to prosecute anyone who testified and can be proven to have lied to congress in the weeks after the election.

Six of the twelve individuals listed below who testified on the election have been indicted; convicted or pleaded guilty.

  • Indicted and/or Convicted

Jared Kushner
*Paul Manafort
JD Gordon
Donald Trump Jr.
*Roger Stone
Boris Epshteyn
*Michael Cohen
Keith Schiller
Steve Bannon
*Carter Page
*Michael Flynn
*Natalia Veselnitskaya

Despite the Mueller noose getting smaller and smaller around Idiot 1’s fat, orange neck, his deeper fear is having his tax returns reveal that he’s not even close to being a billionaire.

The underlying issue is attenuation. How attenuated are the relationships between Russia, Wikileaks and the Trump campaign. Do the parallel proven connections between the actors and Russia knit in Wikileaks. I.E. were Stone, Bannon, Trump and Manafort specifically aware that Wikileaks was a Russian cutout and can that be proven.

On a related subject, there is enough evidence of consciously parallel lying to imply that Trump was counseling everyone to lie to Congress.

Next:

“Don Junior, you say? Hmm, no, doesn’t ring a bell.”

Soon:

“Donald Trump? No, no, my name is Mr Snrub…”

Haha fun with typology. But seriously folks, when he describes the people but does not name them so they can contemplate the fact that he knows, he knows what you did like Santa or God, it’s like pointing a gun. He doesn’t want you to be in any doubt at all. He knows, and he wants you to know he knows. Spooky.

And this might need a slight edit to get it right.

"Kudlow said of unpaid federal workers: “God bless them. They’re working for free. They’re volunteering. But they do it because they believe government service is honorable and they believe in President Trump and they’re working as hard as ever.”

I wonder if Individual 1’s surrogates will start saying shit like ’ well, Roger wasn’t ACTUALLY part of the campaign’ or some such nonsense…?

I don’t know, man. This badass feels tired and sad after the last few years. Not like a dancing Ewok or anything.

In the Times today, a commentor who is a federal employee and went through the 2013 shutdown said he was never reimbursed for back pay. Let’s see this utterly incompetent administration deal with that … also, the ridiculous backlog of immigration cases at the border will now be more effective than his goddamn wall.

It’s the climb

Then the comment is either incorrect or lacking key details.

Everyone got their paychecks.

There was some litigation over whether those who had to work should get double-pay, I think that issue was flowing through the courts for a long time and found in favor, and so there was additional money getting pushed out.

Maybe he/she was a contractor?

Kind of pointless but Chad (Ochocinco) Johnson lives next to Roger Stone.

In July of 2016 the only “senior Trump campaign official” likely to be “directed” to contact Stone about WikiLeaks was Paul Manafort. The only person in a position to direct Manafort to do that (or anything else) was Donald J. Trump the elder.

The only defense they have left is the claim that they had no idea WikiLeaks was a cutout for Russian intelligence. That’s the flimsiest of fig leaves.

Maybe “loose screws” is, in fact, an air-borne disease.
