Discussion: Whitehouse Ticks Off List Of Kavanaugh Claims He Does Not Believe

A vigorous rearrangement of the deck chairs on the Titanic…

He promised Prof. Blasey he would, personally, pursue justice and vindication for her. Sounds to me as if he intends to keep that promise. If the D’s regain the Senate majority, he could do some bigly investigation. Even if they don’t, he could help out D committees in the House. Failing a D house, too, well, even if I were sitting pretty on the Supreme Court, I wouldn’t want a righteously furious US senator after me.

Yeah, BK could get impeached in the House, but he is not getting convicted in the Senate…

Let’s not forget that Kavanaugh and his so called friends belonged to a club they named the “tit and clit” club. His keg parties, his comment that he drank to whatever the limit was. He also lied about not watching Ford’s testimony when there are witnesses who saw him go into the room where a television was showing her testimony. The guy is a pathological liar just like his mentor, Donald Trump. He is a repulsive human being.

Justices are not immune to criminal prosecution. And lying to congress is a felony. Can the House make criminal referrals as well as the senate?

Great to note all the lies, but make the actual point – he lied to hide his actual, despicable conduct and attitude toward women at the time of the incident: That to him, they were disposable playthings for him to use and abuse. His own words prove it.

We will soon find out…

However, note that he did not lie to the House…

Alternate possibility, which he claims as fact - he LIED to all his friends in high school and college about his prowess, consistently and without exception.

I grew up in the 80s. I know what a lot of high school boys were like, and prep school guys were even more so.
