Oh, that’s right, they are WHITE.
They are also outside a TV station in St. Louis far, far away from the real tragedy in Ferguson.

Because, to this kind group of avowed non-racists, a cop’s job is to try, convict, and execute an unarmed teenager only to discover later that he was suspected of stealing a box of Swisher Sweets.
Look for George Zimmerman to be the keynote speaker at an upcoming rally.

In all honesty, they were probably quiet as mice and watching the clock the whole time. They had to know that if the stayed long enough for the normal protesters to meet up with them it was going to get uuug-ly. So they went just long enough to say that they did something, and then left before the word could spread.

Exactly. I am white and in no way would I be standing with these folks. When an unarmed young man is shot 6 times, twice in the head as he pleaded for his life, those cop supporters make me ashamed. Not only that the cop did not know about the cigar incident and one of the head shots was on top of Brown’s head. That means he had his head down when he took that head shot. How else could this not be seen as an execution style killing?

Or else it’ll be how the liberals are the real racists, inflaming a situation that wasn’t (I’m quoting here) about race, no, not at all, just a public servant with a difficult job, split-second decisions, blah blah blah. I saw a clip of one of these rally people saying just about exactly that, “you don’t have to make it racial,” as if he were the voice of sweet reason itself. Nah, these people have learned a bit of PR in the last 50 years.

I used to work in that building. KSKD’s studios are something like 10 miles away from Ferguson. This is 150 people who might as well be standing on the moon. They have nothing to do with this event and mean almost nothing. It’s not even worth news coverage they are giving it.
However, I know a lot of very conservative people in St. Louis, and I’m sure many of them share this groups point of view.

You bring up a point that I think is a very telling thing about what these people are all about. This whole thing in Ferguson has, like almost everything in the U.S., taken on sides that can be divided roughly along the political left and right. The damning and ironic thing here is that conservatives seem to be more on the side of Wilson and seem totally fine with what’s increasingly looking like rather extreme abuse of power by a government official against an unarmed kid. These very people are often the same who claim “big government” is the problem and that all citizens should be armed to keep “big government” in fear of it’s citizens. Kind of makes you wonder why they’re on the opposite side of that all of a sudden.

How can we as a society accept the facts that when Cowardly Bundy protesters had guns and were approaching the line that the authorities had set up and pointed loaded weapons at the authorities, there was not one rubber bullet fired or one tear gas canister was set off to breakup that protest and we all know Bundy was a tax cheat and owed the government over a million dollars. Now in Ferguson they have a peaceful protest and are swarmed by Bully cops who shoot them with rubber bullets and tear gas, arrest the protesters and newsmen, attack camera crews , curse and swear at protesters calling them animals. Through this all the Supreme court said that there is no more Racism in this country.
What a freaking joke. That cop commited murder and should be arrested, but no we support this action by selling t-shirts to help him. Policemen have turned this country into Iraq war zone so they can play with their new toys. Justice is needed
