Federal rules control. If the House passes a rule stating it can be done, Minnesota can’t pass a law that it can’t unless the federal law gives them wiggle room (like, states can decide).
Not going to argue with a lawyer
But I’ll take “backlash” in any and all forms. Still think lots of calls to federal and state reps demanding privacy will be important.
