Hey Josh! Can you put up something about the goofy Trump supporter in New Hampshire who said that before The Donald came along she had nothing to do with politics?

Her name is STATE REPRESENTATIVE Susan DeLemus.

The comments would be priceless.

I think we can safely say that Obama’s and Scalia’s views on just about any topic are wildly divergent, not the least since Scalia will automatically take a contrary view to the President regardless of topic.

Conservative justices searching for the best example of affirmative action gone awry need look no further than their own chambers. Clarence Thomas was never qualified for the high court (indeed the American Bar Association rated him “unqualified”), and has done little to establish his credibility as a jurist since his appointment. But Papa Bush nominated him because the GOP wanted a black conservative ideologue to replace the abundantly qualified Thurgood Marshall … or perhaps it was an attempt to undermine affirmative action by applying it in farce.

UT Austin has maintained throughout this ordeal, Fisher was never getting in to their school. Fisher’s GPA and SAT scores weren’t high enough, and she didn’t have enough external accomplishments to convince the school to give her a shot otherwise. For what it’s worth Fisher is from affluent Sugar Land, DeLay’s old district

That reminds me. Has Clarence Thomas sold anybody out yet?

Well said. Wish the mainstream media would pick up this subtle but crucial fact.

Why is Fisher so upset anyway? Doesn’t the Ditch-Digger union take women?

Thanks for the insight on her background.

Another point for our wonderful legal minds … I believe I’ve read the case no longer has a reasonable resolution because she now has a degree from a Louisiana U (I think). Isn’t a reasonable remedy a necessity?

I still can’t believe that no national commentators I’ve heard of have taken Scalia to task for his unscientific neo-Social Darwinist view that “Negroes” are “less advanced” than Whites. That is precisely what he is implying–and yet no one calls him on a myth so long discredited. Of course, he also believes in the Devil, Opus Dei, and other bizarre things.

More than anyone needs to know about this spoiled brat, but here it is. She did graduate from LSU

That school has the lowest percentage of blacks of all the state’s public universities, according to LSU’s hometown paper, the Advocate.
