There are many facilities such as hospitals which have gender neutral bathrooms because they are handicapped accessible. Doesn’t the right have a problem with this?

I see. So presumably now I – a transsexual woman – should no longer use the ladies’ room, but must go off to a separate-but-equal washroom specially provided for those of us who are just too icky to be seen among polite folks? And this is supposed to be a blow for LGBT equality? Feh.
Maybe we’ll be getting LGBT drinking fountains next?

I’m not following your complaint with the WH’s idea to provide gender neutral bathroom as separate-but-equal. Hell, if anything, its free for any and all to use…So no separation at all as far as I can tell. Help me out here…you lost me.

The Obama administration on Wednesday announced that it will be installing a gender-neutral bathroom, thereby keeping in line with its own executive order prohibiting discrimination against LGBT individuals.
Not exactly cutting edge there, Mr. President. I’ve lived in my home since 1993, and I have four gender-neutral bathrooms.
