Discussion: White House: Mueller's 'Moving On' And 'Everyone Else Should Do The Same'

You wish.

Sounds legit. I mean, regardless of what people think of Trump’s involvement, the whole report dealt with Russia inteference with our election. Something that could easily be considered an act of war, so yeah, let’s just move on. Fuck it.

Mueller followed a DOJ P-o-l-i-c-y only…NOT a law, NOT written in USC and is NOT written in stone!

Though Mueller said that the DOJ policy was guided by fairness, it is worthwhile to ask:

Is it fair to the ALL American voters (not just Rs/MAGAs) to have a president who has been happy to receive unlawful foreign help from adversarial foreign nation to get elected - cheated to get elected, lied repeatedly to date about having no business or ties to the adversarial foreign nation who helped him, continue to obstruct justice, AND is NOT innocent of wrong doings according to Mueller Report?

Case is NOT CLOSE and should NOT BE CLOSED without further investigations. ALL of the legislative representatives MUST do their job - read the Mueller Report and should do what is morally and lawfully right!

Not to likely Huckleberry. When are you moving on? Having trouble finding another job with your reputation?

Again, a remarkably restrained statement from the previous combativeness. Has the tone of not “wallowing in Watergate.”

Nixon said, “Let others wallow in Watergate, we are going to do our job.”

Oh ho, we’re learning caution here. Looking down the road a bit, Sarah? The report didn’t address collusion at all, and conspiracy—well anyway, the DOJ confirmed no obstruction, oh neatly done, Sarah, very neatly done, and Mueller said something polite about Barr so obviously she should put all these unpleasant misunderstandings behind us, ummkay? Kind of eliding the reality that they couldn’t get to charging levels with conspiracy and explicitly didn’t exonerate on obstruction. Said it before, failure to charge is not exoneration, and explicitly saying you’re not exonerating is not exonerating either.

Really? I thought you’re gonna investigate the investigators. No?

Heh. And I wouldn’t blame her. I know a PR guy who fired a client, a lucrative one too, a city council, actually, because he saw they were getting into bad stuff and he didn’t want to have to speak for them when it all blew up.

Shut it, lady. You give spokespersonship a very bad name.

“When E.F. Hutton talks, people listen”

“When S.H. Sanders talks, people loathe”

If President Trump would resign, or, if he prefers, abdicate, and take VP Pence along into exile with him, I’d consider moving on.
