Hey, jackass! It was the Supreme Court who denied your motion, you blithering idiot.

Well, if nothing else, at least you dirty fuckers are getting schooled in how the court systems here in the U.S. work.

OT: Anyone else having issues with the thread programs? I even got signed out while in the middle of reading an article. Not to mention those 502 Gateway Errors – as many of them as I’ve come across over the years, I want that written on my tombstone in some fashion.

But, the King IS the state. Those pesky courts never seem to understand that their job is simply to agree.

Oh, wrong system. Never mind.

Trump is unhinged and it shows. He is trying to fall back on his standard old complaints and it is not working. Trump is over. He is done. Trump is facing the biggest humiliation of his humiliating life. On the world stage he is being proven to be a traitor to his country and a stupid one at that. He will probably lose most, if not all, of his assets in a RICO charge. Karma always gets you, one way or another.

It’s really sad when every single case filed against us is in the 9th Circuit, we lose, we lose,
Wonder if there is a reason???

White House spokesman Raj Shah called the lower court injunction of Trump’s DACA termination—a court decision based on evidence that Trump was more motivated by animus toward immigrants than constitutional law—a “usurpation of legislative authority.”

“The fact that this occurs at a time when elected representatives in Congress are actively debating this policy only underscores that the district judge has unwisely intervened in the legislative process,” Shah said.

Hey, Raj Shah (an anagram of which is jar hash), the District Court opinion had to do with Trump’s Executive Order. For you beginners, that’s a ruling on Executive branch authority and process…not legislative authority.

Now the Democrats have some breathing space and don’t have to submit to his extortion and close the country to anybody who isn’t from northern Europe just to get a DACA deal. Let’s all work for the next election pretty please? And play nicely together as we do it?

“Speaking of that, DACA is going to be put back into the 9th Circuit. We tried to get it moved quickly because we’d like to help DACA. I think everybody in this room wants to help with DACA, but the Supreme Court just ruled it has to go through the normal channels. So it’s going back in.” Dump sez.

What does this demented blather even mean? I can’t figure it out. Every day is a new lesson in humiliation for me as an American with this walking avatar of Tourette’s syndrome as my alleged leader.

You are 0-2 in the courts today, Dotard. I fly again Wednesday afternoon. Let’s see what else Fortuna has in store for you. More indictments, perhaps? That’s what happened last week when I flew.

This is a country of laws, not men, you stupid Orange Julius Caesar. Everyday he shows what an ass he is. Not sure if this country will survive.

Perhaps those judges who are attacked by him could recuse themselves from hearing any case involving his administration. Maybe in some cases they all could. One can dream about that happening.
