One thing Trump is good at is getting others to commit his crimes for free. For some reason they go out do his dirty work and then they face the consequences on their own. They get absolutely nothing from Trump.

If Whitaker does not recuse himself, then it would be more than appropriate for the Special Counsel and the House Judiciary Committee to investigate as to whether Whitaker and Trump have engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Associates of Whitaker have said that he won’t recuse and it’s been noted he’s been up to the WH several times well before Sessions shove out the door.
Let’s just call this- Temporary U.S Attorney General Matt Whitaker is an unqualified Trump agent who is engaging in a premeditated Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice.

His appointment is unconstitutional per Kellyanne’s hubs and Neal Katyal. This is a persuasive argument and yes I understand they are paid to be persuasive but the citation of a current Supreme Court case is notable.
