Whitaker Denies Trump Lashed Out At Him About DOJ Probe

Bullshit right there. That implies a minimal amount of self-control that Trump has proven time and and again he does not possess.

Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker denied reports that President Trump lashed out at him about the Michael Cohen case, in which the Trump was alluded to as ā€œindividual 1.ā€

I think the phrase ā€œlash outā€ confused Whitaker. He would characterize it instead as ā€œflew off the handleā€.

ā€œThe Trumpā€?

Is that like The Gimp?

(I’ll bet his safe word is ā€œCoulterā€.)

Ha ha BAAAAAAARRRRPP hear that buzzer, Whitaker? Means you’re lying. And everyone knows it. You’ve sat there and evaded and lied and you can see how much good comes from that in the sweet by and by, brainiac.

LIE.

Seems to be a pattern here.

As I’m at work and can’t watch the testimony, I’ve only been reading snippets. So far, it looks like he’s lied several times. I’m assuming he’s under oath. Has anyone reminded him that he’s under oath? Or are they just letting him sew his own jumpsuit?

Whitaker called the report ā€œunsubstantiated.ā€

Sir, we didn’t ask about the quality of the reporting. We asked if the described event took place. if you say No and we find out it did take place you are guilty of perjury regardless of what was reported.

It’s funny to hear people whose full knowledge of the criminal justice system comes from watching Law & Order try to be lawyerly. They don’t realize that all those big words actually have very specific legal definitions.

(Edit: I do realize that he’s an attorney and that he was COF for Sessions. This was supposed to be snark.)
