I’d tend more toward attention whore but I’ve been told (by some family members) that I’m rude and sarcastic. I’m trying to live up to the compliment.

Interventions with drug and alcohol folks usually fail. But at least you have a chance with them. No such case with Trumps addiction to himself.
Donald J. Trump–and by extension, the Republican Party–is like a monster hurricane, creating and feeding on its own energy … slamming into the various shores, committing as much destruction as possible, heading back out to sea for fresh steam. Folks on the coasts know the type, the storms that loop around and bounce from place to place along the shoreline literally like it has a mind of its own and is somewhat sentient.
Perhaps they should encourage him to take them up? A passed out Trump can’t do those late night tweets

It was a very appropriate term. Attempting to intervene in a situation where an obviously sick person is purposely hurting themselves. Sad.
