So, he doesn’t sign the bill, there is a partial government shutdown during the 10 days that he sits on his little hands and then he says it isn’t his fault, per the Constitution. Then he declares an emergency or uses Executive Orders to move money around for his wall that ends up in the courts which will not be resolved prior to the next presidential election. Not sure, but this seems like the epitome of disfunction. As Tena says, have we impeached the motherfucker?
