Discussion: WH Refuses Questions On Statement Trump Dictated About Son's Meeting

I’m reluctant to get my hopes up, but isn’t this is the smoking gun – Trump’s personal meeting with Putin shortly before the dictated statement was both collusion and obstruction.

It’s not fair! Not fair, I tell you!

Catch me in a lie and call me out on it? Why, the nerve of some people!!!

She didn’t repeat her line from before that the Dotard was only acting like a concerned parent?

If any of the reporters had a spine they could ask her if she has been lying to them or if the White House has been lying to her.

Sarah: do your job or get fired.

Sounds like a good time for CNN to roll out another few days of segments about how rude Michelle Wolf was for calling Huckabuck a liar…

Sanders was willing to parrot the denials of an outside counsel, Jay Sekulow, in saying Trump had no hand in the statement’s creation. But she now says commenting on the work of an outside counsel is something she will refrain from commenting on.
Of course depending on a journalist that follows this stuff every damned day to point out such a discrepancy is too much to ask for.

I bow to Mr. Shuham’s photo-trolling skills.

We are not worthy.

So many lies, so little time.

More than anything Trump rues being told what to do or being controlled. He about went off the deep end when banks froze his accounts and put him on an allowance to straighten out his finances.

I predict he will lose patience with Mueller and all things Russia. In an apoplectic paroxysm he’ll fire Mueller, maybe Rosenstein and/or Wray, possibly a couple advisors that have been harping on him to not do all the above. He can’t bottle this up much longer, especially as he sees it edging closer to the Oval Office door. He’s going to blow.

I predict you will continue to predict this.

Nah, they’re too busy rehashing Bill and Monica. That’s going to take a couple more days, then we can start with the Hillary emails story, as they feel they didn’t have a chance to do it justice the first couple of years through…

It’s coming. I’ll have the proper comportment to avoid saying I told you so.

Bully for you. I’m in steerage.

“The President’s outside counsel will have to answer the question about why I previously lied to you about this.”

OK. Got it…

I assume a question as to who told you to lie or who gave you the false info to pass on as an official WH statement would also need to be answered by the President’s outside counsel.

Could it please be someone other than Rudy?

Frank Figliuzzi just said that Jay Sekulow could be facing state bar issues because of his contradictory statements about the drafting of the explanation for the Trump Tower meeting. He said on teevee that Trump didn’t write it, while at the same time, telling Mueller’s team that Trump did write it.

Wouldn’t that be a nice big old’ karma slap across his smug face!

I know Trump’s lawyers are being criticized for the legal misinterpretations and distortions in their letter to Mueller, but to be fair to them, it must be hard to have such a stupid (not to mention guilty) client.

Nothing really new here, except that we can finally confirm that NOTHING Sarah Sanders says cann be believed. As with her boss, she has lost the last shred of credibility

Sarah Huckabee Sanders has proven herself to be a professional LIAR. I guess yet another apple has not fallen very far from the tree.
