Courts really appreciate when b.s. acts like Trump’s banning of Acosta waste their valuable time. What a stupid, unforced error. But this will be a small potatoes loss compared to what Mueller has in store soon.

I think it is important the people like SANTORUM be allowed to speak…when I hear him, I am so glad this despicable man is not in office…he actually ‘smiles’ when he spumes his horrific rhetoric…at least, CNN does expose him for the nasty little creep he is.

If I were Acosta’s assignment editor, I would assure him he would be covering Trump’s premature departure from office and his walk to Marine One if we had to fly him in on short notice from the South Pole. Because that would be sweeeeeeeeet.

The judge ruled for the plaintiffs on the basis of their Fifth Amendment (due process) claim, suggesting that the White House could revoke Acosta’s pass again while providing due process.

He also declined to rule today on the plaintiffs’ First Amendment claim, though he did suggest the White House does not have a good case.

Big mistake by Trump picking a fight he couldn’t win…especially against CNN, his favorite punching bag. He looks weaker and weaker by the day.

If he can’t beat CNN, how’s he going to face the House Dems who are rarin’ to go?
