Discussion: WH Defends Trump's Schedule After Report He Doesn't Start Until 11AM

It takes them a few hours to roll him out of bed and hose him off.

Yeah? Well, I just saw Darkest Hour, and Churchill was in bed until noon. Logically, then, Trump is greater than Churchill.

Trump, lazy? For the good of the nation, indeed, the world, I hope that’s true!

Churchill worked until the wee hours. He was famous for working well after midnight.

‘It has been noted by reporters…’ Would that be the FAKE NEWS reporters or Fox & Friends Ms. Sarah?

Couldn’t he just stay in bed all day and night? Less damage would ensue…

It has been noted by reporters many times that they wish he would slow down because they sometimes have trouble keeping up with him.”

Somehow, he always gets the fastest golf cart.

Yes, everything about Donald Trump’s character really exudes “hard worker”.

The nature of the man is known to all. You don’t need to lie about it. Who are you trying to convince?

(I think we know the answer.)

No, no, this is in fact a true statement — it’s just that everyone is interpreting it incorrectly.

She makes it sound like they have trouble keeping up with him physically (or “intellectually” or “working”), but in fact, it’s his topic shifts and flights of fancy/paranoia/delusion that people can’t keep up with.

Yeah, and then they have to do it all again if he happens to sneak in some KFC or a sloppy Big Mac. Dirty Don.

Audience of one.

He doesn’t read, he won’t listen to anyone, he has no ability to pay attention to anything that isn’t about him. So I have to wonder how in the hell he would do anything recognizable as work even if he wanted to.

Just imagine how much more damage he could do if he weren’t lazy as fuck.

And had an inkling of an idea or plan to implement.

Trump. A twit. A twittaholic. And Sarah Sander’s hero.

Then again look at role model - father - she grew up with.

Poor guy. He is the biggest and the most powerful Executive in the universe. Even then he cannot have 24 hours a day of Executive Time.

So unfair. So SAD.

I don’t think it’s possible for a hard-working person to turn into a creature like Trump. The militant ignorance, for instance, almost couldn’t be maintained by anybody who reads books and thinks about things.

Of all the dotard’s uniquely terrible characteristics, his staggering incuriosity is (IMHO) the most dangerous and most destructive. And we live in a fascinating world, almost fractally fascinating - were he more exposed to it, he couldn’t help but be a more curious person.

Do people attend to him in his bedroom to turn him over in the middle of the night as well so he won’t get bedsores? Good Heavens.

Add this to the list of things that are not normal and then watch GOoPers try to explain that this is totally not how it appears.
