’Like a Big Mac But Juicier’: Burger King renames sandwiches to troll McDonald’s
Burger King’s Swedish operation revamps its menus to feature sandwiches categorized as ‘Not Big Mac’s’, with such names as ‘Anything but a Big Mac’ and ‘Burger Big Mac Wished It Was’

Last month, in a complex piece of digital maneuvering, it offered people in the vicinity of McDonald’s one-cent Whoppers, CNN reported. To promote its app, it allowed users to unlock the deal if they were standing near a McDonald’s location. They were then directed to the nearest Burger King, where they could obtain something Big Mac-ish, but flame grilled, of course

So…to sum up-
use short declarative sentences,
punchy graphics, documents of a page or less with highlighting,
do not tell The Presidents things he does not want to hear,
do not disagree with The President,
practice abject flattery.

Too late.
God help us.

His immaturity is staggering. A child. A 72-year-old child.

Who needs intelligence when you’re a stable genius?

His objective is to break this country.
The GOP objective is to protect him at all costs.

There will be no intelligence briefings until the intel chiefs go back to Congress and apologize for saying mean things. And they have to bring cookies.
OTOH, it’s not as if he ever listened anyway.

You forgot, make sure it doesn’t conflict with the daily anonymous email from a .ru address that he reads and deletes on his private phone before breakfast.

The phrase “dereliction of duty” needs to be out there and repeated…and repeated.

Good thing he’s a stable genius or we’d be in some trouble.

Beginning to think this is more than just Trump expressing his deep insecurities about his lack of knowledge through projection. This feels to me as if he is planning a number of actions (like his moves in Syria, Afghanistan, Deripaska sanctions and on the nuclear treaty) that are engineered to serve Russian and Saudi interests. The intel chiefs appear to have called him out for the pretexts he is planning to use to justify future actions and it has embarrassed him and complicated his ability to execute.

I think the Congress must push back hard on the sanctions issue and also stall the departure from Syria (a disaster in the making if there ever was one) and also Afghanistan. On some of these moves (e.g., Syria/Afghanistan) there are some Democrats, even people I like, who are displaying a bit of foreign policy naivety that I find troubling.

To think that most of the Republicans are enabling such reckless arrogance and remaining silent is appalling. But, it’s a new day, same shtick.

It then behooves them to act like rational public officials a seek adequate counsel from experts.

This ain’t a game.

Not just GOP, but the majority of journalistic outlets. This is dangerous insanity, and they are just happy to get the ratings. I pray to God there will be a huge reckoning when this is over (if it ever ends), because the media are one of the biggest factors in what got us here today.
