The shameless lying is almost becoming boring.

Democrats, even President Obama before he left office, were more than willing to work with anyone to improve, and strengthen the ACA and fix its shortcomings.

But that was and remains the exact opposite of the stated goals of the GOP. Who years ago, painted themselves into a corner over lying to their base about the ACA (death panels anyone?) from before it even passed.

Because after eight years of the ® side obstructing, misrepresenting, blocking, demagoguing, and generally sticking a sharp fork in the eyes of the other side, now those selfish (D) bastards refuse to engage in the simple bipartisan and patriotic act of helping us destroy a key part of the previous President’s legacy.

But all of that pales in comparison to the truly important thing here, namely that we can’t seem to get out of this hole that we’ve dug for ourselves without their help.
