Color me unsurprised. Once he knew he could get away with harassment and was in a position of power why wouldn’t he rape some? Like Joss Whedon and Bill Cosby.

I just finished the New Yorker article. Holy crap, the stuff Weinstein does to cover up and suppress publicity for his assaults, is just plain old witness tampering. He makes a cash settlement and forces the women victims to sign a nondisclosure agreement, with the clear implication he will crush them if they speak out. I thought this was illegal, and a contract is invalid if it is made under duress or is intended to cover up a crime.
