Don’t worry, Donald’s crack campaign team will help him do outreach to the ethnics:

“I love the Blacks!!” he says (making this up for snark value)
But seriously trump is assuming one visit to a black audience in their church is gonna generate a majority of African Americans voting for him? Surely he jests. And this is up against the decades Hillary has put in working with black folks rather that talking at them while pontificating.

“D. J. Trump once proclaimed he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan and lose no supporters. It’s
not the worst thing this blowhard has ever said, but it may be the
closest brush he has had with the truth this whole, sorry season.
He’s right. They love him out there in Know-Nothing Land; they’re
ready to go over the cliff with him. They’re his last best hope, which
probably doesn’t leave much hope.”

Are any in that crowd receiving their promised pay checks? I’d wanna get paid up front if working for that shyster.

Apparently, the press doesn’t mind being ditched and dissed by Donald. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if they label today as one of Donald’s press conferences and then turn around and indict Hillary for not holding one (never mind that she has taken questions in many meetings with black and hispanic media groups).

There was a piece, I can’t remember if it was from the NYT or CNN, which, while complaining about Hillary not doing any press conferences before the Self Anointed, the literally said that Black and Hispanic journalists just don’t know enough to ask good questions.

Which was astonishing to me on two different levels. On the one, obvious level, the racism involved in making such a statement is jaw dropping. But on the second, more subtle level…they are admitting that nobody reads their coverage on Hillary but themselves, so clearly nobody knows what they know. Because how could Black and Hispanic journalists ever wrap their minds around all their stories on Hillary. Its clearly impossible!!

I’ve seen the Reverend Barber on TV enough times to have learned to admire everything he does for North Carolinians. When I saw this news the other day I thought of him first.

Well, there was some expression of “the beat” - but mostly he looked around while moving to the music to see if everyone was seeing him.

Al Sharpton just summed up what he thought the black take-away would be from this event. He said that Trump asked to speak there, the community expected some specific policies, and all they got was a “We can learn from each other” platitude. Sharpton said “Harlem is on the same island where Donald Trump lived and did business for 35+ years. Didn’t it occur to him to reach out or learn something about blacks before this?”

Well it is all about trump isn’t it? Billo o’reilly asked if he had anything to say about how blacks had been discriminated against and trump made the answer about him and how his experience was just like what blacks had been thru. I found i wasn’t shocked but rather angered at his blatant pandering for sympathy. I wasn’t shocked but i was sickened.
