Now, now. Cool heads, Occam’s razor, all that. It could be something relatively mild, like he’s going to shut down the government in a fit of pique.
I honestly can’t stand the sound of his voice but I look forward to reading the comments if anyone else is willing to draw the short straw on this one.

He has to try to get Stormy and McDougal off the news. So he’s going to try to make news and go for MAGA greatest hits type stuff.
If he really wants to make news, he should resign. Effective immediately.
I guess this is more proof of his “growing confidence” and “emboldenment.” Or he’s losing it completely.
Those are not mutually exclusive things in any way. 
He wants to be celebrated and adored that’s the ticket for it right there. Quit and we’ll applaud like he’s never heard applause.
My jaw dropped when I saw this. There’s no way he’d survive a press conference at this point, it would be brutal beyond imagination. Apparently the WH has since dialed back the announcement, talking of a “press availability”.
He’ll announce that the US is withdrawing from the agreement with Iran, and announcing that he will not be meeting with Kim Jun Un. Both of these moves will enable him to launch pre-emptive attacks against both countries. He is now getting this advice from his new National Security Adviser. But don’t worry, There is no chaos in the WH. Everything is now just as he wants everything to be. No one is around to advise him against doing anything he wants to do.

He’d be the most famous president ever. His reign administration would be dissected by poli-sci classes forever. Cable TV would have to create an entire new channel just to talk about him. Every tweet he twittered would collected and examined in multi-volume treatises made required reading for all incoming law students.
Who am I kidding. Fox News would just pretend it never happened. He’d never go for that.
