Just more comedic fodder for Melissa McCarthy. I’ll let the SNL writer’s handle viewing this for me.
Is it the famous tax-returns I can see next to the podium ?
In front of cameras and everything?
if it’s Sean’s notes this is going to be a long day (evening here in DK).
Something to watch while waiting for his usual late start.
The last bit about Ryan’s grin during Trump’s address I remember thinking was funny at the time too.
O.k. Other than provide fodder for SNL and other satirists, what do these briefings actually accomplish? He lies and bullshits about everything and the WH punditry just write it all down and the next day it’s a redux, ad nauseum. Pfft.
That’s just it …
How else are we going to get SNL ’ previews ’ ??
How can Tom Price, as a Dr., sit there and promote a plan that he knows will fuck over a bunch of people and probably cause them to die for lack of health care.
He’s upset that the late Jack Kevorkian still holds the title of “Dr. Death”
This.
It’s what is wrong with our health care system. If you are going to insist on making a profit off of people’s suffering, then you’re going to get a bunch of doctors who give exactly fuck all about that suffering. It’s the money honey.
Obscene
As always, they take the worst case scenario on deductibles:

The average deductible decreased from $900 to $850 in 2016. And as you can see if we extrapolate from the figures in the table, it looks like nearly two-thirds of all enrollees had deductibles under $1,000. Only about a fifth had the horror-story $6,000+ deductibles that we hear so much about.
Here’s the Truth Behind Obamacare’s Horror Story Deductibles – Mother Jones
I like that, "see less paper than the previous bill. It has to be good. "
I looked for a couple hours trying to find a clip of that grin, I finally gave up. Thanks!
I thought he was still on time out.
Jesus christ just a constant stream of lies about how bad Obamacare is and how good this will be…holy fucking shit…so unfucking believeable…I’m starting to rethink my opposition of the death penalty…
This entire “discussion” is about increasing the profits of the for-profit health care industry, giving more tax cuts to the already obscenely wealthy, and reducing access to health care by those “irresponsible” enough not to be rich. “More choice” = more plans that you can’t afford. “More competition” = reducing limitations on large for-profit health care entities gobbling up smaller and non-profit ones. “Selling across state lines” = race to the bottom as insurers flock to states with minimal or no state corporate taxes and regulation and then sell whatever barebones (but expensive) nonsense plans they want after they have eliminated local alternatives.
None of this makes sense, but then that’s not the Rethugs’ intention.
Oh, and we get rid of all that pesky women’s health stuff too!
Ah, so SpiceBoy is saying that PeePee’s plan is to introduce competition in order to drive down the provider reimbursement!
Yes, that will make the hospitals, doctors, ancillary care providers very happy!
He really has no clue about healthcare. He believes it’s a business just the same as hotels/restaurants.
