As of this moment, I personally will never give Kelly the benefit of the doubt again. I am really disheartened by his need to blame previous administrations for much of what Trump is dealing with right now. That isn’t true and wasn’t necessary to make his boss appear like some kind of hero. SAD! Edited to add: As he goes on answering questions, Kelly is trying way too hard to defend the indefensible and he’s not doing that well. The humorous attempts are falling flat.

I can’t say that. Kelly is right now siding with Trump and condemning the press. He said “most of you” are a major problem for the U.S. and then he said smugly, “Why don’t you try to get better sources?” That’s after he refused to say (in response to a question about Trump’s tweet) that Democrats do care about the security of our country and naming Hillary Clinton and Check Schumer as examples. That’s way more partisan than he needed to be.
