The Democrats on this panel wasted their votes. If I were them, I’d have approached a few dozen of the businesses who were intensely against Scott Garrett, asked just why he would be so bad … then discuss with them other important issues that affect the health and happiness of large majorities … yet, for some terrible reason, those same businesses were silent on the issue or supported Trump. Would be too bad, eh, big business(es), should Mr. Garrett get voted in and severely damages your imp/exp bank thingie. Leverage, Democrats – leverage!
