so there won’t be any House or Senate speakers at CPAC since they’ve abrogated their lawmaking functions?
What? This again? Didn’t they just have one of these? It’s like the neverending “Star Trek The Next Generation” reruns on BBC America. By now, everyone knows the script of every episode by heart and Riker won’t make Captain until the last movie came out. But at least Picard could do a great face palm.
No need to watch anything. It’s ALWAYS the same toxic word salads with plentiful dog whistles and angry deflection and bluster.

Half of the seats are empty. From what I can tell, the vast majority of folks there is old, white.
Make me think of the end of “On The Beach”. Empty chairs, no people, eventually the banners fall off the walls.

The dude speaking right now is talking circular logic. He refuses to acknowledge that when any civilization grows, the agreed-upon “government” MUST be there to protect those numerous individual “rights” this dude is crying about!

These Republican assholes have more Conservative Confabs than Carters got liver pills. They never learn to change a fucking thing…only to spew as much bile and hate, which is why they’re in the mess they’re in now. Maybe a few less of these hatefests where they find ways to ostracize all the various groups of people they oppose. Such an enlightened group of open-mindedness…NOT.
Didn’t they uninvite tRump from coming to this thing last year? It certainly is a very specialized, elite group of assholes, especially when you don’t invite the most elite, most special asshole you have.
