This reminds me when he went to the Republican retreat before ACA was passed and thoroughly schooled the Republican caucus.

If Iām not mistaken the House will be in recess in August and into September. The critters will go home, hear from their uninformed constituents how bad a deal it is and the critters will come to order in the third week of September and say their homies donāt like the terms and will have to vote against it. I have no expectations that enough American people saw this thorough and completely prepared president speak and will read little of it but will reflexively be opposed to it.
