I am going to have to record it and watch tomorrow, after work but before the next debate. (I have to get up for work at 4:30am, but I may not be able to avoid sneaking a peek.)
I’m really excited for tonight’s debate although I’m worried that I’ve set my expectations too high for Warren.
For tonight I’m interested in Warren, Beto, Booker and Castro.
Meh, it’s the JV one. You can catch Warren’s collection of 60-second soundbites on youtube tomorrow, I’m sure. Saves time.
If I can’t have my dream ticket of Warren/Harris, I’ll take Warren/Castro.
I’d even take Warren/Booker. Or anyone-not-Biden/anyone-not-Biden
Warren/Castro is my top 3.
Liz W. sounds poised and righteously angry and I’m not surprised by that. Don’t count her out.
She will be #46 and it won’t be that close
Should probably at least keep name tags by all the gray-haired white dudes while speaking so that we can track them…
Has anyone noticed how belligerent these questioners are? Framing the questions against another candidate instead of an open ended question?
I’m glad the candidates are pushing back
Ouch, Gabbard’s attempt to answer something completely different from what was asked (“What will you do for women’s rights?” “I served in the military.”) was horrible. The shocked hesitation before customary clapping at the end was well earned; that was just not an answer anywhere related to the topic raised.
Good! hahaha
Not sure “slingin’ hash” is quite the term Inslee wanted to use there.
“I was an entrepreneur, which sets me apart from other old white guys!”
Who are these people?
I like how Amy is raising her hand. “I know this one! Teacher!” It’s kind of endearing.
They need to have name captions for everyone when they speak, because I don’t recognize most of these people.
Meh, when you’re trying to break out, gotta get the message out.
If she wasn’t the sellout who decided right after Barr released his memo about the Mueller Report to unilaterally surrender…
