Targetsmart Survety of Florida early voters show Clinton’s leading with 53% due to 28% of registered Republicans crossing over to her. This surveyed both early and absentee voters. From this, survey predicts final Clinton victory on election day of 48 to 40%. Head of TargetSmart reported these numbers a few minutes ago on Lawrence O’Donnel program.
