Interesting. Thank you. It seems the campaign is still sending Bill to OH this week though, and they were still spending $ for ads there (as of the week of Sep 20). If the info I saw is still current, it doesn’t sound like they have conceded the state entirely (then comes LeBron’s endorsement…and today’s appearance). Meanwhile I feel IA may be out of reach but last I hear they are sending Bernie there.
They may be seeing something different in their internals.
