According to KWTX, when Starr gave his response, the interview was
interrupted by Merrie Spaeth, a prominent Republican public relations
operative who accompanied Starr to the interview. Spaeth had advised
Starr during the impeachment proceedings of Bill Clinton.
Spaeth asked KWTX not to include that portion of the interview. When
the station’s news director refused, Spaeth pulled Starr away from the
interview, according to KWTX.
When Starr and Spaeth returned, Spaeth asked for Starr to answer the
question again so that it would not be “misedited.”
“All I’m going to say is I have no recollection of that,” Starr then
answered for the second time. He then turned toward Spaeth to ask, “Is
that OK?”
“Don’t look at me, look at her,” Spaeth replied.
Starr doesn’t need a media advisor at this point; he needs an attorney.
I don’t even see a lot of the emails that come into the the office of the president.
Dang, I got to get me one of those jobs.
…runneth over. hollleee crap
Unfuckingreal.
Makes me wish there was a hell.
Well, if that mean, nasty “liberal” media had just asked him questions about blowjobs, Kenny Boy would have done just fine, thank you very much!
This is like something from a mockumentary. Hilarious stuff.
Merrie Spaeth’s spouse “Tex” Lezar and her three kids have to come home to her face every evening.
Keep in mind the email was detailing a sexual assault.
The reason we can’t have an honest conversation anymore -> “a prominent Republican public relations operative”
please refer to the second part of this section (Swift Boat).
Starr: I was using my personal Email server and its now destroyed. I was just following the liberal Hillary.
If only Bill Clinton knew that Ken Starr was totally OK with the witness changing his answers! “I did not have sex with that woman…Wait a second! I mean I did have sex with her, but only like 8 or 9 times and it wasn’t very good. …Wait, what’s that Ms. Spaeth? Oh OK…What I mean is I honestly have no recollection of whether I had sex with that woman or not. And that’s my final answer.” Problem solved.
I wonder if these guys are aware that its easy to figure out if an email was read or not at precise date, location and time and very likely by who.
It depends on what the meaning of “saw” is.
Republicans really are scum. And Starr didn’t like the way Clinton answered questions and he has the gall to pull this stunt. Disgusting.
Just imagine how Bill Clinton feels!
Jeez, makes Roger Stone look like a piker.
This is Starr’s “blue dress!”
In the GOP universe, honesty is always a mistake. It gets so tiresome that the media cover this as if the Dems lie just as much as the GOP, so it’s “all part of the game.” For Republicans lying is always the first resort.
