Ted Cruz reminds me of a 1940s door-to-door vacuum salesman, they type who sticks his foot in the door as the disinterested housewife attempts to slam it in his face.

High fives in the Rubio campaign headquarters today. Rubio will use this both to blunt Cruz’s attacks on the immigration issue and to attack Cruz’s credibility. It is a big bonus for Rubio that Cruz was caught in his lies by Fox News.

Cruz just may accomplish more than the folks who engineered the 1980s boatlift from Cuba.

  • We know that he has unprofessionally blurred the lines between Chambers of Congress

  • We know that he has, with his shutdown antics, cost the U.S. $billions.

  • We know he is a sociopath, yet one who is resourceful and dangerous

Stop acting like their past words matter to their supporters. Stop asking like the truth matters to their supporters. Their support is based on faith, not facts, They have faith in their candidates, so it really doesn’t matter what anyone says about them.

I’m guessing he was the kind of kid who pulled the wings off of butterflies and delighted in watching them struggle and die. Not like once or twice as a toddler, but well into adolescence, and perhaps beyond.
