Whitaker is never going to recuse himself he has been waiting for this moment for almost two years. The man has broadcast his loyalty to Trump over the Constitution more than once.

I am from New York. As I have said before, after defeating Alphonse D’Amato, Schumer has been a disappointment to me. There are more Senior Democratic Senators who I feel should have the position, who are capable of not blowing the situation. He voted against the JPOC to appease AIPAC. He had no standing to ask any Democratic Senators to go against their cover their ass instincts to vote against Kavanaugh because of this. Neither he nor Gillibrand are leaders. We are in a time where we need leaders. Not calculating, schmoozing bullshitters. Like Schumer and Gillibrand.
I’m from NY too. 30+ years living in Manhattan and now Brooklyn and I understand what you’re saying. I’ve hated on Schumer many times myself, and I’d trade Gillibrand for Tammy Baldwin any day of the week.
But he hasn’t touched the investigation yet. For Schumer to go onto war footing before anything’s even happened would be absurd and heap ridicule on the whole party.
I hope he has a plan lined up.

poor chuckie schumer…hasnt been told yet by his owners what he will do…can not even attempt to come up with something that eases the fears of democrats/people of good will…that Mueller wont be interfered with.
