Discussion: Warner Won't Comment On Reported Q's About Possible Cohen Pardon Talks

If this is true it’s time for articles of impeachment on the open, blatant obstruction of justice. I doubt this could succeed but it’s outrageous that he’d even try. Enough is enough.

Yes? hahahahaha

And yes I think he can be impeached for this if not just indicted and tried. It’s obstruction of justice and that’s what took Nixon down.

Hi I’m Donald Trump. I always tell the truth, I swear. And I only hire the best people. But for some reason more and more of them keep turning out to be liars, frauds and assorted felons and say horrible things about me, total lies. This is just really bad luck, and totally unfair.

Except in a way it’s good luck because when they turn state’s evidence, they have already proved themselves to be habitual liars, and so they’re unreliable witnesses against me. But still, it’s a pain in the ass and I paid all these people good money to keep their mouths shut…or don’t they know what an NDA is?

Also, I have all the best lawyers and what I can tell you is if your lawyer doesn’t tell you something is illegal, you can’t have committed any crimes, that’s just how it works. This is like really old, important law from like the Magna Carta or something, but the socialist deep state witch hunters don’t want you to know that. And most people don’t. Sad.

They can cut and paste from Nixon’s

In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Richard M. Nixon, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, in that:

I can imagine trump sounding a lot like our ex-governor “I’ve got this thing and it’s fucking golden, and, uh, uh, I’m just not giving it up for fuckin’ nothing. I’m not gonna do it.”

Warner is teasing us with this “reveal” stuff.

Yeah he’s been doing this.

Erm, Trump does this all the time.

endeavouring to cause prospective defendants, and individuals duly tried and convicted, to expect favoured treatment and consideration in return for their silence or false testimony, or rewarding individuals for their silence or false testimony.

Trump said of the North Korean dictator:

"He speaks and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same.”

Trump obstructs and people sit up at attention. No namby-pamby “read between the lines” obstruction. Just swaggering, out in the open, dare you to indict me, manly obstruction!

“Cohen has said publicly he never asked for — and would not accept — a pardon from Trump.”

Once again, how something can be understood is open to interpretation.

DId he ask Pence in the event Pence becomes POTUS?

Did someone else dangle this about? Who else if any could pardon him? (Serious question on that)

Or if taken at face value, what he said is exactly factual. But it does not preclude that someone discussed it with him. It does not preclude he was involved in those discussions. I can easily see the administration thinking, good he is not owning up and they are free and clear simply by their own lack of reading comprehension. And it tells me Cohen is really pissed at the POTUS.

To use the suffix “less” in the case of “lawless”…

What the hell else could the term mean?

There will be a very stoney end for Trump, his crew and his enablers. Even if they “win”.

He’s going to die in prison. The SDNY wants him so bad and they’ve wanted him a long time and they are the DOJ, not a Special Prosecutor. They can indict if they want to and I think they will when they get to that point. And if they don’t get him while he’s in office, they will get him when he’s out and he will never get out of prison again.
