Gee, guess it ainā€™t real if it ainā€™t on the teeveeā€¦

If TV is a vast wasteland, then FUX News is the post-apocalyptic netherworld being flooded by the River Styx in the condemned sub-basement of Danteā€™s Hell.

ā€œTrump Aides Appear On Fox News Show To Influence Presidentā€™s Thinking.ā€

ā€œHello, Mr. Murdoch? I have a ā€˜Tom Steyerā€™ on the line, to talk with you about some paid programming ideasā€¦ā€

Does this chore come with combat pay? Pain killers? Ear plugs and blinders? Comp time at time and a half, at the least?

You just know that if one of the current SCOTUS Judges dies, Trump is guaranteed to nominate Jeanine Pirro for the position.

Past Presidents have surrounded themselves with noted experts in a wide variety of fields with experience in statecraft, strategic planning, diplomacy, the Constitution, law, economics, etc. Our current fake-president relies on the faux-journalism of a bunch of incompetent rubes on Fox News. What in hell have we come to?

And that is one horrific nightmare to be considered.

Have we ever had a more stupid president?

Itā€™s ridiculous the extent this country needs to go to just expose the President to his advisors, but given how easy Republicans are given to propaganda, this begs the follow up question of how compromised is Ms. Pirro and who is manipulating her to gain influence over this country.

This is as if Eisenhower as president relied on the wisdom of J. Fred Muggs from the Today show or Howdy Doody to base policies. The country would have really needed those fallout shelters.

ā€œHe will listen more when it is on TV,ā€ added an unnamed senior official about pitching policy to the Presidentā€¦"

Itā€™s the only way they can get him to tear his attention away from his fidget spinner.

It was only a matter of time before those who need to have the Orange Horrorā€™s ear figured out that they needed to speak to him from the Teevee Machine. I have been wondering about the writers for the Three Dolts on a Divan: Who has been telling them what to tell the idiot-in-chief. We have really rounded the bend on this one. I just hope we survive as a country until January 2019.

They need to put one of these in the Oval Office for those times when an in-person discussion or briefing is unavoidableā€¦

TV is the best way to appeal to a doddering dementia-addled fool. Thatā€™s why Fox supports the Trump presidency, heā€™s their vehicle to governmental control.

Iā€™d take Howdy Doody over the entire Fox line-up

How is something so obvious as this even considered to be ā€œnewsā€ by WaPo, let alone TPM?!?

I bet you think you are being funny. That is probably exactly why she sucks up to his orangeness at every opportunity.

Itā€™s worse than just fake journalists. iDiJiT has surrounded himself with greedy vultures like himself and named them to be Cabinet secretaries. He knew he couldnā€™t turn honest people into thieves and grifters (Price, Pruitt, Mnooch. etc) so he went to the binders full of corruptibles at the beginning and it would be guaranteed that they like he would use the US Treasury as their piggy banks.

Itā€™s prescience of the worst kind. See georgewbush and Harriet Miers.
